Yes, you are right there are plenty of free resources, podcasts, and online research that can be done, but the truth is how many of these great ideas do you actually implement? You can spend a lot of time and money chasing ideas. Working with Jennifer allows you to have a step-by-step customized plan that works for your business, keeps you focused, answers the issues you specifically have, and receives the accountability you need to get the results you desire.
I am so busy running my business, how will I have time for this?
You will need to set aside 2 hours per month for online consulting calls and then time each week to work on implementing the strategies we outline for your business. The fun part, this is not homework, these are real-world tried and tested business strategies that you will bring to market immediately as we work together, and therefore get the results you desire for your business.

Faith and family are my everything, so much so that I took a leap of faith and left a cushy corporate job 25 years ago to start my brick-and-mortar bakery because I craved more freedom and flexibility than my corporate job allowed.
I delivered my second daughter two days after opening my business. I went on to own and operate that business for 20 years while raising three children, pivoting during a recession, building a national franchise, and then selling the business for a profit in the fall of 2018. This 20 years of ownership was a season of ups and downs, a lot of hard work, many pitfalls, a lot of success, many fist pump moments, lots of emotions, and a big huge case of learning things the hard way.
All of that prepared me for my next journey of business coaching. There are a lot of coaches out there with zero experience in actually owning a business, but that’s not my story. You will get coaching, empathy, understanding, and know-how from someone who has walked in your shoes.
