Starting a business over 25 years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made — and one of the hardest.
I remember the fist-pumping wins.
The late nights.
The doubt that crept in after the adrenaline wore off.
I was building a business while building a family, often pulled in every direction. Some seasons were freeing. Others were heavy in ways few people could see.

How is this different from working with a typical business coach for women?
Most coaching for women in business is built around frameworks, curriculum, or accountability systems and that works well in the early stages. But once your business is established, your questions change. You're no longer asking 'How do I start?' You're asking 'How do I make the right call here, with this team, these numbers, and this much at stake?'
The Focused Growth Collective isn't a coaching program. It's advisory. Jen isn't handing you a plan she's thinking through real decisions with you as they happen, with 25+ years of operational experience and two additional expert lenses (financial clarity and sustainable leadership) built into every month help you balance work and life.
What does the time commitment look like?
Each month includes one strategic advisory group call with Jen, one Expert Lens session, and monthly open office hours. Most members plan for roughly three to four hours of structured time per month. Between-session Voxer support is available for the moments that can't wait.
This rhythm is designed to fit into a real leadership schedule, allowing you to implement, not add to the overwhelm or busywork. The goal is to save you time in the areas of business and life that are no longer serving you. Monthly virtual calls are the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, open office hours are the 3rd Friday of each month.
